Awards Program

 

The Khalfani Chapter is committed to recognizing and rewarding members for outstanding achievement and excellence in their support to the Chapter.  The award ceremony is held in conjuction with the Chapter holiday party which takes place in December of each year.  The Khalfani awards program offers the following awards:

 

Khalfani Presidential Award

This award recognizes high performers who have been highly activer and has led in Chapter, Region and/or National positions as an Officer during their full term and/or Committee Chair position for one year or more.  This award recognizes the achievement/accomplishments over the past calendar year that have made significant contributions to the Chapter mission and goals.

 

President's Executive Leadership Award

The Executive Leadership Award recognizes the President of Khalfani for outstanding leadership and service in support of the advancement of the Blacks In Government Khalfani Chapter.  The awards are an opportunity for Khalfani to applaud and promote the work and contributions of our top executive whose contributions to the Chapter, Region, National Headquarters and communities deserve exceptional notice and praise.

 

Khalfani Tenure Award

This award is presented to active members who have served 5 years and each 5 year increments of loyal and distinguished service to the Blacks IN Government, region XI, Khalfani Chapter.

 

Khalfani Certificate of Achievement

This award recognizes members and non-menbers who performed a significant achievement of additional responsibility.  It is important to note that the awards are intended to reward outstanding performance to actively support and advance the chapter goals and objectives.

 

Khalfani Certificate of Appreciation

This award recognizes members and non-members who actively support and advance the Chapter goals and objectives.  The emphasis is placed upon commitment and dedication in advancing the goals and objectives of the Chapter during the current year.
